Wow.
Can I just tell you how excited I am to share today's post with you?
I think I say that every time I've completed a big project.
Especially a party. ;)
This was my first post-baby event
and it was pretty difficult finding time to work on it
but when my friend Jancy asked me to do her daughter's first birthday party
I just could not turn her down. :)
She wanted bright colors & tulips,
then we decided on an ice cream theme and went from there...

There was an ice cream sundae bar {of course}.

My mom used to make these treats when I was a little girl
and I LOVED them!
Cupcakes baked inside of an ice cream cone.
Simple.
I called upon my lovely cookie lady
to make some ice cream cone shaped cookies.
Gorg, right?
And fruit for those not wanting to indulge in the plethora of sweets.
{Yes, I just said plethora.}
Adorbs.

And what's a party without favors right?
Especially mini ice cream cone cake pop favors.
Wow that's a mouthful.
And wow, these suckers took forever to make & wrap.

And the birthday girl needed a special ice cream birthday outfit too...
Is that hat not ridiculous?
And yes, it is a real ice cream cone. ;)
Sweet girl.
Happy Birthday Tenley!!
